What is your return policy?
For sale items please let us know within 7 days of recieving your order and needs to be returned to us within 14 days. If we are not notified with 7 days we will issue a credit note.
Please understand that each return is dealt with on an individual basis and in rare situations that restocking fees and charges might apply.
- We do not accept returns on any international orders. All international sales are final.
- We do not accept returns on any worn items or items without tags attached.
- All returns need to be in the original packaging
- We do not accept returns on underwear and bikini bottoms
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, at present, we do not offer exchanges. We want to make our returns as efficient as possible, so we only offer refunds.
We aim to have your items refunded as fast as possible so that you can reorder your favourite items as quick as possible.
If you need a different size or colour of an item, you will need to place a new order. We will always notify you via email when we have processed your refund.
What can I do if my product arrived faulty/damaged
We are sorry to hear this and want to help as fast as we can.
Please email email@example.com and send any images of the faults taken by your phone so we can assist you smoothly and effectively.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of your returned item. We will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, it will automatically be refunded using the original method of payment within 21 working days.
